Our tablets are insured during the rental period. In the event of a defect, we will repair or replace it. You only pay a small co-payment, which is usually around 10%.
In the event of theft, we require the official report – we will take care of everything else.
We use certified Blancco software to erase all tablets in compliance with data protection regulations - including an erasure certificate. Alternatively: physical destruction of the memory if required.
